Un buen abogado para Bin Laden o Pinochet / A good advocate for Bin Laden or Pinochet

The Washington post says:

In August 2002, Justice's Office Of Legal Counsel, led by Jay S. Bybee, produced a 50-page memo that essentially said the president could authorize torture even though our laws and treaties prohibit it

I haven't heard about this Bybee, but it seems he could be a great advocate for 'Carlos', Bin Laden or even Castro (in case they'll get him).

I'm not a violent person, but I hope this Bybee be tit for tat someday.
